2.General information on data processing

We process our users' personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website together with our content and services. As a rule, we process personal data only with your consent or on one of the legal bases set out in Article 6(1) GDPR — in particular for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (point b), for compliance with a legal obligation (point c), or to safeguard legitimate interests (point f).

Encryption (SSL/TLS)

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" in your browser's address bar.

3.Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include, among other things, IP addresses, contact enquiries, meta and communication data, and access data. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the host in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

In so-called server log files, the host automatically collects information that your browser transmits automatically. This includes in particular: browser type and version, the operating system used, the referrer URL, the host name of the accessing device, the time of the server request, and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of this website. The log files are stored for as long as they are technically required and then deleted.

4.Contact and enquiry form

If you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone, the details you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, and the information you share about your project) are stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

This data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) where this was requested; you may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

The fields marked as mandatory (*) in the form are required for processing. A technical protective measure against automated spam submissions contained in the form (honeypot field) does not process personal data for any other purpose. Your enquiry data remains with us until the purpose for storage no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been dealt with) or you ask us to delete it — statutory retention obligations, e.g. under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

5.Fonts

To present fonts consistently, this site uses the "Roboto" typeface. The font files are provided locally on our server and loaded directly from there when the page is called up. No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) takes place; no personal data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.

6.Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses no cookies or services for web analytics (such as Google Analytics), no social media plug-ins, and no tag manager. By default, no data is transferred to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

Conversion measurement via Google Ads (only with your consent)

We advertise our services via Google Ads. To understand whether an advertisement leads to an enquiry, we use Google's conversion tracking. This runs only after you have actively consented using the banner shown on your first visit. Until you consent — and if you decline — no Google tag is loaded, no connection to Google is established, and no data is sent; the website works exactly the same either way.

If you consent, the Google tag (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is loaded. It may set and read cookies in order to recognise that a visit to our site followed a click on one of our ads, and to record when a page such as our confirmation page is reached. In this context, data (including your IP address and information about the ad interaction) may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for the storing of and access to information on your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage) — not in a cookie, and it is not transferred to us or to third parties. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time with effect for the future via the "Ad measurement" link in the footer. A withdrawal stops any further loading of the Google tag; processing that took place before the withdrawal remains lawful.
